Special Conditions of Use of the Promo Code - New mobile app 2025

  • The promo code can be used when purchasing tickets via the “Arriva Croatia” mobile app.
  • It provides a 30% discount on ticket prices for domestic routes operated by Arriva Croatia. It does not apply to departures operated by other carriers or partner services.
  • The promo code can be used for ticket purchases and travel between May 12 and June 13, 2025.
  • The promo code is not valid for the purchase of return seat reservations.
  • To use the promo code, the user must be logged into their myArriva account.
  • The promo code cannot be combined with other special offers or discounts.
  • The total amount after applying the promo code must not be less than 1 EUR.
  • Only one promo code can be used per purchase.
  • Each person (registered user) may redeem one promo code.
  • Tickets purchased with a promo code cannot be changed or refunded.
  • The promo code cannot be exchanged for cash.
