Special Conditions of Use of the Promo Code - EMW 2026

  • The promo code can be used when purchasing tickets via the Arriva Croatia mobile app and the website www.arriva.com.hr.
  • The promo code provides a 10% discount on ticket prices for Arriva Croatia routes and Busly-operated domestic services. It is not valid on services operated by other carriers or other partner services.
  • The promo code can be used for ticket purchases and travel between 16 and 22 September 2026.
  • The promo code cannot be applied to the purchase of a return journey reservation.
  • To use the promo code, the user must be logged into their myArriva account and Arriva loyalty account.
  • The promo code cannot be combined with other special offers or discounts.
  • The total amount of the order after applying the promo code must not be less than 1 EUR.
  • Only one promo code can be used per purchase.
  • Each person (registered user) may use one promo code.
  • Tickets purchased with a promo code cannot be amended or refunded.
  • The promo code cannot be exchanged for cash.
